Have stayed here before, this is a lovely hotel, 100% recommend. Central location near pubs and restaurants, the centre of the town and Kirkwall, it was in an interesting area. Stayed in beautifully maintained superior double room with mini fridge, a nice bath, as for instance. First-class service was provided here.

It's a superb base for a short stay. The location is best possible, not far from buses restaurants, shopping and St Magnus and the Earl's and Bishops palaces and the center of the town - couldn't be better. The rooms are beautifully maintained and have incredibly beautiful view over Kirkwall Harbour and easy walk into town.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to the center of the town. Guests mentioned that it is conveniently situated on the hill behind the Kirkwall Ferry Terminal, only a 5-minute walk to the town center. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with high-quality beds and a wide selection of teas, hot chocolate, coffee, and snacks. Guests also praised the delicious and plentiful breakfast options.
Some guests mentioned that the double bed in one of the rooms is a bit small, especially if you are used to sleeping on a queen or king-sized bed.
